Given the rapid advancement of technology, and the shorter shelf life of formal education, continuous learning has become a necessity not just for leaders but for everyone. The good news is that today there is so many outlets, both online and offline, available for upskilling or reskilling. The challenge I find is that lots of people fail to take responsibility for their learning after formal education is done.
