The Leader’s Dream!

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. ” – Martin Luther King Jr.

On August 28, 1963, the late civil rights activist Martin Luther King Jr. delivered a public speech that would become iconic! The speech was titled “I have a Dream”. In the speech he talked about his dream of equality for America, regardless of race and color. Although he would later be assassinated, Martin’s speech has been hailed as one of the greatest speeches of the century.

Every great leader has a great dream! Most times the dream is bigger than the leader – in that they cannot achieve it by themselves alone, but big enough to draw a following!
